Young Tollywood rebel Prabhas is pairing up with sizzling actresses Tamanna Bhatia and Deeksha Seth in the upcoming venture Rebel. Speaking about the film shooting, Tamanna stated that, “Working with jovial co-stars is always a fun. I am experiencing the same in “Rebel” sets. My role in this film is pretty different from all my previous roles. Luckily I got this offer and I am excited to work with this team.” Prabhas is known as the tallest actor in Tollywood and there is a talk in Tollywood that heroines aspire to stand beside him to check their height levels. “Prabhas is slightly taller but I think we are a perfect match on screen,” Says this glittering actress. Tamanna feel that this film will surely blast the box office showering huge rounds of applause. 

'Racha' shooting updates

Mega Power Star Ram Charan Tej,Tamannah starring Racha shoot will resume from December 10 in Hyderabad. Ram Charan took a break from Racha shooting after the long China schedule due to his engagement with Upasana Kamineni. The makers are planning to wrap up the schedules at a rapid pace after Ram Charan’s return.
              Racha is a complete mass entertainer taking shape in the hands of Sampath Nandhi.Manisharma is scoring the tunes for this movie.

What is the Story: 
Tony (NTR) is a typical character who changes moods and colors as per the situation. He meets Niharika (Tamanna) in an awkward situation which leads to love. He falls in love with her and chases her day and night. He gets to know that she is already in love with someone, but chases her down till she falls in love with him.But Niharika is already in love with Rakesh who is the son of  a minster. At this point the other side of him is revealed which gives us the answers for the unanswered. Actually he is on a mission to kill an entire mafia empire. Why does he do that? For whom does he work for? Watch the movie for answers.


What is what? :
Oosaravelli starts off on a high note with excellent intro scene of hero. The hero character is introduced in extraordinary way. The intro is in  such a way that audience expects him to play mind games and wise tricks all the time. But the film turns out to be a love story after that hyped introduction. This part is dealt in an entertaining with NTR, Raghubabu, MS Narayana and Jayaprakash Reddy doing the honors of filling in fun moments. The real story will only start before interval and the interval scene has really come out well. The graph picks up suddenly and sets high expectations on the second half.

Second half will reveal about the hero’s mission and why he has been under disguise. This part mostly deals with the heroine and it may not be liked by hardcore NTR fans. He goes missing for more than ten minutes and the film considerably slows down. Movie takes a serious turn and comedy takes the backseat. Director tried to force comedy in bits and pieces in the second hour but it didn’t get well.
Audience has been vexed with some scenes in second half. Yelango Yalenago song is too boring.

According to script, Oosaravelli is good barring few plot holes. But where it fails is with balancing NTR’s mass image with the hero’s characterization. Director had to sacrifice mind games and intelligent play for the sake of satisfying NTR fans, which didn’t help the film much. On a whole Oosaravelli can be watched once for its entertaining first half, interesting plot and performances of the lead star cast.

Commercially it may suffer because of going against NTR image. NTR city based fans and youth may be satisfied to see him in a new avatar, but audience who expect his mass image and his hardcore fans will not be satisfied with this movie.


How are the performances?It is good to see NTR changing his colors like switching his genres. He did a completely different role in this movie which is more of a lover boy and less of an action hero. He also tried comedy and underplayed the emotions. It is refreshing to see him in this movie. He has to keep a check on the weight as he is gaining few kilos. His dances in Dandia Dandia are good.

Tamanna got a very good role and she excelled in it. Generally heroines don’t get much scope in star heroes films. But this film is an exception and Tamanna lapped it up. She is gorgeous in few scenes.

Prakash Raj got wasted. Jayaprakash and Raghubabu are funny. MS Narayana shared few laughs. Kick Shyam is brief and Rehaman is Okay. Sayaji Shinde’s role is half baked. Harika (Payal Ghosh) gives a neat performance.  


Finally what we have to conclude?

• Some scenes in this movie  in the first half make us  to remember Kick movie.
• Interval fight is main highlight of this movie.
• 'Kick' Shyam has shocked audience with his performance.His character is good.
• Director 'Surender Reddy'has finally showed new angle in NTR to fans

Story
Tony (JR. NTR) is a typical character guy living in Mumbai. He acts according to the situations and changes his colors. Tony meets Niharika (Tamannah) in Kashmir while he goes on a job work and they come across a situation of several terrorists abducting tourists along with them. He falls for her after a weird situation between them and chases her day and night for her love. She rejects as she is engaged to another guy. But Tony goes after her which irritates Niharika’s would be, son of a minister. At this point Tony’s new color gets exposed. He is actually on a mission to kill the mafia gang. Who is Tony and why does he do all this? What is his flashback will be known in the second half.
Performances
Jr.NTR is as usual amazing and yet again proves as a complete artist with his outstanding job in Oosaravelli. He rocks the show with good comic timing too apart from his amazing dialogue delivery, action and dancing steps. Though NTR has simple steps in the first three songs, Dhandia song energizes the fans with impressive NTR’s brand of steps.
Tamannah is extremely lucky to bag a performance oriented role with good screen time in a mass hero like Jr.NTr’s film. She has come up with an award-winning show especially in the flashback. She is pretty and has matched NTR in the steps.
Payal Ghosh was okay but needs to work on her acting and expressions a bit more if she is looking out for a good career in T-Town. Jayaprakash Reddy is hilarious and scenes between him and NTR are fabulous. Prakash Raj plays yet another regular don role and steps into the show only in the second half. Ahuti Prasad, Tanikella Bharani, Jeevi were alright.
Technical Analysis
Rasool Ellore’s cinematography is first rate. Devi Sri Prasad’s music sounds good and almost all songs except Yelango are beautifully captured. However, a couple of songs are wrongly timed. Re-recording is another asset for the film. Koratal Siva’s dialogues are good. Action sequences are stylishly shot. Surender Reddy has handled the script well with a consistent narration but seem to be confused since Oosaravelli is content based rather than importance to hero mass image. Editing could have been better in the second half. Venkateswara Cine Chitra Production values are rich.
Analysis
Oosaravelli has a good content apart from few loopholes. NTR’s characterization is quirky and Surender Reddy tried to maintain the suspense factor. The film starts off with a bang with a good introduction scene but soon turns out to be a love story unexpectedly. The entire first half is packed with love scenes, songs and a good comedy. The first half totally engages with the fun-filled elements and the main plot starts only in pre-interval episode with a good bang setting high expectations on the second half. The second half enters into the main story, which highly revolves around Tamannah’s role. NTR didn’t have a scene for more than 15 minutes which might not go well with fans. Second half has few dragging moments and comedy hasn’t worked. Surender Reddy seem to be confused as, according to the story, hero characterization would be different with more of the mind games and wise tricks where as NTR has huge fan following in mass and these might not gel with fans as they look out for powerful mass dialogues, fights and dances from their actor.
However, NTR should be appreciable for accepting Oosaravelli, a classy romantic entertainer despite his huge fan bases from B&C centers. Jr.NTR has deviated from his regular mass masala entertainers and has offered something new to the audience in the form of Oosaravelli.
Final Verdict
Watch Oosaravelli for its engaging first half, interesting twists in the plot and ofcourse for NTR and Tamannah performances.

NTR confident about 'Oosaravelli'

Jr. N.T.R seems to be very confident about  his latest flick Oosaravelli. Censor report of Oosaravelli has increased the expectations of the movie.NTR seems to be cool and relief about the result of the movie.

Jr.NTR informs that every scene in the film happens for a reason and the Story is the main hero in the film. “After Vamsi narrated the story to me, we did not implement single change in the film and I’m confident enough to say after Aadi and Simhadri, Oosaravelli will be such a range of hit and would be a progress in my career,” says Jr.NTR.

Speaking about Tamannah, NTR informed that Oosaravelli is going to be the one of the milestone of her career. Devi Sri Prasad's music, Surender Reddy’s taking, Rasool Ellore’s cinematography and BVSN Prasad’s lavish production values are the other highlights of Oosaravelli.

Oosaravelli Pre-Censor report.

Its all set for the grand release  of Young Tiger Jr. NTR’s Oosaravelli on 6^th October.As  Mahesh’s Dookudu has reached  the sky range of success  and the pre-release buzz and the film finally witnessed massive collections at the Box-Office.

Now, The mania of Oosaravelli has been started. It is following Dookudu in positive buzz and high expectations. The inside buzz on Oosaravelli is positive which is a good sign for the tollywood.If the movie hits the sucess this would be a good environment in tollywood bagging two big hits with top heroes. Young Tiger NTR's most awaited  film Oosaravelli is gearing up for release on October 6. The film completed its editing and recording yesterday and currently DTS mixing is going on. BVSN Prasad is producing this film on Sri Balaji Cine Chitra banner.

According to the sources, NTR’s introduction with skeleton mask in Oosaravelli is good and fans will go wild after watching it on screen. Tamanna is paired opposite NTR for the first time in this action entertainer.

Nenante Naaku is a fabulous number that you would surely go for repeat button. DSP chose Adnan Sami to render this song and it worked excellently. Adnan Sami with his husky voice makes it an ear pleasing track. Rama Jogayya Sastry’s has penned lovely lyrics on a guy who falls in love with the lady and trie to woo her. But the track has the shades of Bagundey Bagundey from Chintakayala Ravi. Nevertheless, it’s a feel good number. Listen and Enjoy!!!

3. Yelango Yelango  -- 2/5

This Jaspreet Jasz, Chinmayee’s Yelango Yelango track is a fast beat number with a folk touch. However the track fails to engage you in listening to it and makes you reach out to the fwd button. If picturised well, it may appeal to the audience otherwise it would be a tedious number.

4. Love Ante Caring  -- 2.75/5

Love Ante Caring is penned by Anantha Sriram that describes beautifully about Love and friendship. The lyrics are simple and easily explicable. Devi made use of musical instruments of his choice and Francois Castelleno has followed the tune. On the whole the song is a passable number. Listen to it for lovely lyrics…

5. Sri Anjaneyam – 3.25/5

The track starts off powerfully with NTR’s dialogue followed by this devotional track. All credits to Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry who has devoted the lyrics to Lord Hanuman. Sri Anjaneyam seems to be situational track and DSP’s good composition makes the song intense to listen. It is sure the song will be shot greatly which provides the same intense on screen. Karthikeyan lived upto the expectations.

6. Niharika – 3.25/5

Singers:- Vijay Prakash, Neha Bhasin

Lyricist: Anantha Sriram

Nihrika Niharika is medium pace romantic duet with good melody in it. Anantha Sriram yet again pens beautiful lyrics for the track proving that he is amazing at romantic duets. Neha Bhasin mesmerizes with her rendition while Vijay Prakash’s voice elevated the spirit of the song. The music is foot-tapping and DSP’s background instruments have rhythmic music. Niharika is beautifully written and tuned. Go for it!!!

7. Dhandiya – 3.25/5

Lyricist: Anantha Sriram, Suchitra[English Lyrics]

Here comes the mass number Dhandiya with a distinct tune by Devi Sri Prasad. The track has rocking beats with foot-tapping music. Apart from rendering the vocal, Suchitra has also penned lyrics joining with Ananth Sriram. Expect good number of steps from Jr.NTR on this number and it is sure to turn as a dancing number in theaters for the front-benchers. Well-composed mass number by DSP.

8. Oosaravelli – 3/5

Singers:- Ujjayinee Roy

Lyricist: Ramajogayya Sastry, Devi Sri Prasad(English Lyrics)

Devi ends off the album with the title song which is short [2and half minute] yet entertaining. The director has come up with heavy beats which might be used in elevating NTR’s characterization. The lyrics are quite different and it would be interesting to see how Surender Reddy has captured NTR. Ujjayinee Roy has done a good job in rendering this number.

Final Verdict

         All in All, Jr.NTR’s Oosaravelli is a decent album with a couple of good melodies and youthful tracks. On the other side, the album lacks mass appeal which is NTR’s strong base. Dhandiya is the only mass number in the album. Nevertheless, Oosaravelli has its own elements in engaging the listeners. It’s a well-mannered album by DSP, though not his best…
