Balayya has already done old character roles in a couple of his earlier flicks like Chennakesava Reddy, Okkamagadu and now Adhinayakudu also showcases him as a senior leader, yet another powerful role.
Laxmi Rai, Charmi and Saloni as the female leads of this movie, the movie is being directed by Paruchuri Murali and produced by M.L. Padmakumar Chowdary on Sri Keerti Combines banner. Kalyan Malik is the music director. Adhinayakudu is touted as an out and out commercial entertainer.
