Just hours before ‘Ra.One’s release, Aamir Khan in one of his press conferences then had praised Shah Rukh Khan’s magnum opus film. He stated that he was very impressed with the promos of the film and was highly awed by SRK’s magnetic marketing for his film.
He had then quoted that he was aware of SRK’s hard work and efforts that was pumped in the film and hence announced that he wants the film to do really well so that the money and efforts were paid off. And it seems that his wishes really worked in SRK’s favor as the film ‘Ra.One’ raked in approximately Rs. 50 crores in a span of just two days flat. Aamir who left for London while ‘Ra.One’ was on the verge to hit screens, was inquisitive to learn about ‘Ra.One’s collection.
When he was busy shooting for his film on foreign soil, reportedly he at regular intervals was also keeping tabs on ‘Ra.One’s collections and was in touch with many trade experts in India just to get first hand information on its box-office report.
