Ram Charan supports rule to ban outside actors

Young Hero Ram Charan has come forward to support the proposal of outside actors in the Industry by MAA(Movie Artist Association).

"I think, this rule will definitely help to promote and encourage local talent. This should have been done a long time ago," said Ram Charan.

Now, the Movie Artistes Association is planning to hold talks with producers to safeguard the interests of Telugu artistes.

Telugu filmmakers are roping in actors from other Industries(Bollywood, Kollywood and Mollywood) for the roles of female leads, villains, character actors and even for cameo roles. 

However, Top Producer and AP Film Chamber president D Suresh Babu opines it's tough to impose such rule.

"I think, It's tough to impose such rule. Local talent should be encouraged, but this is not the way to do. Talented actors are showcasing their acting capabilities in different Industries. Sometimes, certain actors popularity adds to the USP of the film. Even, Rana is doing Bollywood films. What will happen if the Hindi Film Industry plans to impose the same rule," said D Suresh Babu
