Tirupati MLA K.Chiranjeevi extended his support to social activist Anna Hazare, who will be going on hunger strike from august 16th against corruption in india.
“Whoever fights against corruption should be commended,” said Chiranjeevi, who is joining congress party on august 20th in newdelhi.
Surprisingly, the same congress party is facing heavy corruption charges and Anna Hazare is fighting to include Prime Minister into Jan Lokpal Bill.
Chiranjeevi hoised national flag at his blood bank on august 15th and said that “Though it might practically not be possible to bring the Prime Minister and judiciary under the ambit of Lokpal, there is need for a wider discussion on the issue”.
Telugu Desam Party, Lok Satta and many other organizations are extended support to Anna Hazare’s fight against corruption and are demanding permission for his hunger strike.
