Recently it was Kulandhai Vellappan, who made his debut directorial with the film ‘Aanmai Thavarel’. Now it’s the turn of newcomer Nelson, who takes off with a big-budgeted action-thriller ‘Vettai Mannan’ that is produced by SS Chakravarthy of Nic Arts.
