Earlier in July, it was reported that Power Star Pawan Kalyan agreed to do a film under the direction of writer-turned director Veeru Potla.
The latest news is that the film has been confirmed and will go onto sets early in 2011. 14 Reels Entertainment banner, the film house that produced ‘Namo Venkatesa’ and presently producing ‘Dookudu’, will produce it. Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara are producers.
Director Veeru Potla shot to fame with two consecutive successful films ‘Bindaas’ and ‘Ragada’.
Pawan Kalyan is now a busy actor in Tollywood. His film under the direction of Vishnuvardhan is progressing briskly. It is expected to release in December. Another film ‘Gabbar Singh’ (to be directed by Harish Shankar) was launched recently.
