As per the current trend, the first day talk became very crucial for any movie. If any movie receives even a false first day talk, that is having severe impact on the movie either positively or negatively. 'Khaleja' got an utter flop talk on its first day and it caused a big drop in the collections from the second day onwards. Later, many of the audience felt that 'Khaleja' is an average movie and not that bad to become an utter flop but by then whatever damage has to happen that had already been done and it seems the first day talk is the main reason behind the utter flop result. 'Orange' did not get too bad talk on its first day. It was a mixed talk then and the movie collected huge shares in the first few days before the movie got settled with an utter flop talk. Only exception to the above scenario is 'Komaram Puli' and that is because of Pawan Kalyan's incredible opening stamina, which made the first day utter flop talk having no affect on the movie in collecting huge shares in the first few days. Nevertheless, the first day talk is one of the key decisive factors for any movie, and as 'Shakti' and 'Teen Maar' are releasing soon with huge expectations, people are keen on observing the first day talk of these two movies. As far as 'Shakti' is concerned, based on its budget and the pre release business, the movie should receive no other talk than a hit or super hit talk on the very first day. Otherwise the movie may not get break-even and may lead to a commercial flop. On the other hand, 'Teen Maar' has the advantage of low budget making and the opening stamina of Pawan Kalyan, and it can easily get break-even with just an average first day talk. |
