Allu Arjun’s Badrinath in May?

Allu Arjun, Tamannaah starrer Badrinath is currently in post-production stage. The dubbing for this film has already started and other post-production works are going on in full swing. Earlier, there were plans to release the film sometime in the last week of March. However, it looks like the film’s release date has been postponed by more than a month. If IPL is one reason, then another reason is Bunny’s wedding. He has taken some time off for the wedding, which was the one of the biggest weddings ever in tinsel town. Also, with Pawan Kalyan’s Theen Maar hitting the screens sometime in April, the buzz in the industry is that Badrinath might have been pushed for a mid-summer release. One can only predict what the reason could have been. In any case, this extra time could really help the film, which is said to have extensive visual effects, to have a better output. The film is expected to hit the screens sometime in the third or fourth week of May.
V V Vinayak has directed the film and Allu Aravind has produced it on Geetha Arts Banner. The film is set in contemporary times with a Temple backdrop and Allu Arjun is playing the role of an Indian Samurai in the film. Chinni Krishna has written the story and M M Keeravani is composing the music. Ravi Varman is the cinematographer and Anand Sai is the art director
