I am ready to accept CM position: Chiru

Even before the completion of final constitutional formalities on the merger of PRP into Congress, our Mega Star is trying to safeguard the interests of Congress in the state. Not just attacking the YSR’s regime on corruption charges, chiranjeeviis openly supporting Kiran Kumar Reddy’s Government in Fee Reimbursement issue on which YS Jaganmohan Reddy is doing ‘Deeksha.’

Explaining the excerpts on his meeting with Sonia Gandhi few days ago to a news channel, Chiru said, ‘The dedication of YS Rajasekhar Reddy in reacting to problems of public is very well known to Central leaders. Best example is his daring decision of offering the Free Power to farmers for irrigation on which even many of the Central leaders stepped back. Today leaders in AICC feel that chiranjeevi is also the same single minded and determined leader who has an only intention to save the interests of common man. My slogan of Social Justice is appreciated on par with YSR ideologies.

Who are we to decide the positions? If Congress and Andhra Pradesh public feel that I can be a Chief Minister for State, I will accept the position. I am always happy with the decision of public.’

Although chiranjeevi is repeatedly speaking about the unconditional merger of PRP in Congress but there is a strong message everywhere about projecting chiranjeevi as CM candidate in 2014 elections. Let us wait and see.
