Telugu girl Sunkavalli Vasuki has won the prestigious Miss India Universe 2011. The 26 year old Telugu girl will represent India for Miss Universe 2011 that will be held on 12th September in Brazil.Vasuki’s family comes from Unguturu in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh but the lady grew up in Hyderabad and New Delhi. She later completed her graduation in Law from New York University and has also worked for United Nations Organization for sometime.
The Miss India contest was held on Friday in Mumbai and Former Miss Universe Susmita Sen crowned her with Miss India Universe. Well, hope Vasuki wins Miss Universe crown and makes India and especially the Telugus proud.
